With extensive experience in business, healthcare, and digital transformation, Prof Baale has held key roles at Pfizer, CMOE-USA, HOWES, and Business School Netherlands. He has driven significant organisational transformations, such as expanding Pfizer’s operations in Africa and leading the rebuilding of the Ayinke House at LASUTH. He is also the Pioneer Pro-Chancellor / Chairman of the Governing Council of Ojaja University and serves on multiple boards across various sectors of Education, Engineering, FMCG, Foundations, Healthcare etc.

A distinguished academic and author of over 200 articles, Lere’s commitment to meaningful transformations inspires generations and shapes organisations through speaker programmes which have benefitted over 2.5m people, mentored over 2000 students, 1000 MBA and 7 DBA graduates. He has inspired over 30,000 leaders to transform their organisations. His personal life is deeply connected to his spouse, Ife, whom he considers an inspiring destiny helper.
