Dr. Olusegun Falope is the CEO and Managing Director of Belmont Nigeria Limited, a Water Engineering Company since 1987. Belmont Nig ltd is a water exploration, storage and reticulation Company. He is also on the Board of several companies, four of which is a chairman; as well as member of BOT of some Christian organizations.

Dr Falope had his first degree in Veterinary Medicine from the prestigious University of Ibadan in 1980, a Master in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and another Master in International Relations and Strategy from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mentoring and Carrier Counseling of Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria.

After his conversion in 1986 at a Revival service, Dr Falope joined the Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship and rose to the post of International Director of the organization. He headed the Training department of organization as the Chairman for 13years before being in charge of Coordination of Nigerian National Operations for nine years.

He had his Haggai Leadership experience in Maui, USA in 2007. He has passed his experience through training and personal evangelism to several people including church groups. He served as Director of Training for the Kaduna Alumni chapter since 2009 till date. He is a National Faculty and very committed for life in reducing the global gospel poverty.

Dr. Falope believes so much in sanctity of family and leadership of the individuals as God ordained. He is a versatile and sort after International Speaker. Dr. Falope is married to Helen with grown up children and grand children.
