Arc Oriaku Hanson Oyet-Ile is the CEO and Managing Director of Custom Realities Limited – an Architecture, Construction and Allied Building Services Firm in Nigeria.
She is a seasoned Architect who embodies a drive for innovative designs, sustainability, and infrastructural development, with over 30 years of experience in the built environment.
She also has interests in Agriculture and Real Estate and has been involved in the Chamber of Commerce movement. She was the Rivers State Coordinator, NACCIMA Women’s Group (NAWORG).

She has served as Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), Rivers State Chapter and in several NIA Committees at National Level.
She is currently the Administrator of the South Regional Priestly Division of the Living By Design Nation (LBD) – an organization that raises influential Leaders to become Solution Providers in every sector of the economy.

She holds Bachelor’s and Masters’ degree in Architecture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management (ISM) and a Fellow of the Mentoring and Career development Institute (MCDI). She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (ACIArb), an International Member of National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), USA and a member of the committee set up by The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (FMHUD) under the Renewed Hope Agenda for the Multi Agency Housing Delivery Team, Nigeria.

She is an Alumnus of Haggai International Hawaii (2007) and sits on the Board of Haggai – Nigeria as well as Prawa (Prisoners Rehabilitation and Welfare Action) amongst others.
Arc. Oriaku’s stance as an advocate for the girl child and her commitment to meaningful transformations in the society has gotten her multiple community awards. She is a leader with the zeal to Impact lives and is inspiring a new wave of architects and women leaders in Nigeria.
